ok... i'm a lot behind... i have take SOOOOO many pictures since my last few posts... but i am no where near capable of uploading and sharing them all because of school... lame, i know. but only 6 more months then i will get days off again.. (i hope)..

these pictures are clear back from thanksgiving day.. and yes.. that was a freaking cold shoot. my friend from work got her whole fam together, and because she's experiencing something i'm too familiar with i didn't hesitate to do these for her.... and they were beyond patient with me getting them their pictures.. come to think of it, i think i still have her discs... man i really suck- but they do have the downloads from flickr... so i'm not THAT bad... but really close...

This is a VERY special shoot for me! My cousin Kipp and his wife Mal got married in June (you can see their wedding in the June Archive) And their cute Little guy Karter was shipped to Primary Childrens Medical Center in September where he was diagnosed with SCIDs. (Karter litterally had to immune system) This is the first time i've seen him since their wedding! Mal called wanting some family pictures now that Karter is "out" of the hospital. They have to live within 10 minutes of the hospital though for 100 days! He's also on a medication that Mal says is going to make him 'monkey hairy' so we needed them quick. So we met at Liberty Park and snapped as many as we could. Poor Karter was just tired and trying to figure out why we drug him out with all this cold and white stuff around him! But i think we got some good ones! I'm so glad that i'm able to do what i do. That i could catch the appreciation in Mal's heart and the gratefulness in kipps. They have been so awesome through all of this. Mal has been a patient and loving mom in the hospital with Karter while Kipp is driving to and from Hurricane still working. They are so grateful for all that everyone has done for them, but even more so that they still have Karter. They were so close to losing that little guy, that i can't even imagine the terror they felt. They have been so blessed through all of these trials that i've seen a little Karter Archie Quarnberg...... turn into a mircale.

Her mom wouldn't let me post these until after the wedding!! but i just love em! she's my first 'winter bride & wedding'. the first are her bridals and the last few are from their wedding yesterday! congrats to those two! it was an awesome day!!! freezing in manti! but the dinner was the bomb! my favortie part was when desi & her dad had their dance.... mid "butterfly kisses" it cuts out to a cha cha song... we all thought the disc skipped until desi & her dad started doing a ROUTINE! it was hillarious! i saw kurt shaw doin the pelvic thrust and the cowboy!! great night! thanks for letting me do it!

what a gorgeous fam! my lil volleyball player Kyla's mom asked me for some pics and i'm glad she did cause they were such an EASY group! little lindsey and her completely HONEST face, i never had to guess what she was thinking... and the strange dog that ran around wanting to play fetch with us all the whole time, good times.. hope they like them!

oh my gorgeous friend patty and her gorgeous kids... we've been mostly missing on the scheduling issue so i am glad we finally got a time and got her family pictures.... seeing how her youngest daughter is now 18 months old!! but i don't think i've ever laughed as hard as when i went through these pictures... i just took them this afternoon but had to post cause they are so funny!

this is little leah running off, as was the norm, jacob in his endless posing, maya finding some leftover halloween candy on the sidewalk and patty and jesse just enjoying their kids! oh..i love this one!
